Terms of Sale
Price
The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT, and guaranteed. Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the invoice you receive by email. Not covered are: damages due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with the supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to GiantFish (GiantTrout Sàrl). In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment methods: we use a secure payment provider, Payrexx. This provider supports many payment methods, such as VISA/Mastercard, TWINT, Paypal, Postfinance, and Coinbase commerce.
Delivery and Transport
The shipment of available items is made by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A contribution on your part is requested only once per order. GiantFish (GiantTrout Sàrl) does not deliver its packages to P.O. boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or those under guardianship, except with written permission from parents or guardian. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to a postal error or an address error on the part of the customer.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense.
Legal Warranty
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. According to the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to allow us to remedy it.
Data Protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for order management will be computer processed and may be communicated to associated companies as part of order management.

GiantFish (GiantTrout Sàrl) is registered as an individual reason in the Vaud trade register under the name of Corentin Chapatte, as well as with the AVS fund.
